No Refund Policy

We strictly do not offer refunds for any purchased items.
All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We only accept item exchanges upon receiving the order if the customer wishes to exchange the item for another size, color, or product, subject to availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

• The exchange request must be made immediately upon receiving the item.

• The item must not be damaged or altered by the customer.

Exchange Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee based on their location:

• AED 30 — Within city limits

• AED 55 — Western Region areas

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used or damaged items

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

• Customized or personalized products

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to item availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
